Client Services
Unlike many commercial laboratories, you will always hear a live voice when you call DPL. There are no buttons to push for various departments and no waiting on hold. Our experienced front desk member handles most requests and questions immediately. Billing inquiries and professional pathology consults are appropriately forwarded for fast resolution. Hours of operation are typical business hours of Monday through Friday.
Courier Services
DPL provides courier services in southeast Virginia. Clients outside of the courier routes use DPL-supplied Fed Ex containers for fast and reliable specimen transport.
Supplies
DPL provides complimentary biopsy bottles with appropriate medium, specimen bags, and requisition forms.
Connectivity
DPL provides several convenient options for quickly receiving reports. All customers can elect to receive their reports via DPL’s NovoPath online portal or have fax reports. With those clients that qualify for electronic medical records integration, DPL will be happy to provide that methodology.
