Kevaghn P. Fair, D.O.
Dr. Fair received his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medical and Biosciences (the former University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine). He completed his residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Fair trained as a Fellow in Dematopathology with James W. Patterson, M.D. at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville and is board-certified in Anatomic, Clinical, and Dematopathology by the American Colleges of Pathology and Dermatology. He holds a faculty appointment in the Dermatology and Pathology departments of the Eastern Virginia Medical School, has authored several publications in peer reviewed journals, and reviews scholarly articles submitted for publication.

Dr. Frazier received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee at Memphis. His residency in pathology was at the UT-Memphis Baptist Hospital. Dr. Frazier trained as a Fellow in Dermatopathology with A. Bernard Ackerman, M.D. at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Frazier is board-certified in Anatomic, Clinical, and Dermatopathology by the American Colleges of Pathology and Dermatology and holds a faculty appointment in the Dermatology and Pathology departments of the Eastern Virginia Medical School. Currently he is a member of the Virginia beach and Norfolk Medical Societies as well as the medical Society of Virginia, the Virginia Society of Pathologists, and numerous national medical organizations.




Michael T. Ryan, D.O.
Michael T. Ryan, D.O.
Dr. Ryan received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA. He completed his residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at St. Vincent Hospital and Medical Center in Portland, OR. Dr. Ryan trained as a Fellow Dermatopathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology and Walter Reed Armed Forces Medical Center, in Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Ryan has authored many publications in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Ryan is board-certified in Anatomic, Clinical, and Dermatopathology by the American Colleges of Pathology and Dermatology.
Prior to joining in 2008, he was the Chief and Medical Director, of the Laboratory Medicine Department, US Naval Hospital, Guam.
